At Arte Vilnius, we are committed to ensuring that our workshops and events provide a fulfilling and enriching experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your booking.

 

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our patrons and our business.

1. Cancellation Notice:

   • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.

   • 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund.

   • Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds are available.

2. Rescheduling:

   • If you are unable to attend an event and would like to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you in a future session, subject to availability.

3. Event Cancellation by Arte Vilnius:

   • If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another date.

4. No-Shows:

   • Failure to attend a workshop or event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Method:

   • Refunds will be processed in the same method of payment used for booking.

6. Special Circumstances:

   • In cases of illness or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.
