By participating in our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Registration: Participants must register in advance for workshops and events. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. This ensures your place in the workshop or event.

• Age Requirements: Some events or workshops may have age restrictions. Please check the event details before registering. Children under a specified age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Safety and Conduct: Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Arte Vilnius staff. Respectful and appropriate behavior is required at all times.

• Personal Belongings: Arte Vilnius is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the premises.

• Use of Materials and Tools: Materials and tools provided during workshops are for use within the session only. Misuse may result in additional charges or exclusion from the event.

• Photography and Recording: Arte Vilnius may take photographs or recordings during events for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included.

• Cancellation Policy: Refer to our specific refund policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

• Changes to Workshops and Events: Arte Vilnius reserves the right to alter or cancel workshops or events due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and offered alternatives.

• Liability Waiver: Participants agree to release Arte Vilnius from any claims related to injuries or damages incurred during their participation in any activity at the studio.

• Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.
